In this survey, you will be asked to give your feed back on the number of classes, and the type of computer classes you have experienced in Tri-C's hospitality department during you enrollment. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate (responses grouped into percentages of respondents). This survey is the first of two steps to review Tri-C's hospitality computer training. The second step is to take another survey one and a half years from the date you submit this questionnaire. This long term survey will ask about how your computer skills and training have changed since graduating and how well you are doing with job related computer assignments.
If you would like to participate please fill out the contact information below so we may follow-up on your progress. You will be contacted in approximately one and half years and will be asked if you would still like to participate. If you agree, you will be given another web address to contact and complete another short survey. As in this study your information will be confidential and reported as part of an aggregate (percentage of responses to a series of questions).
Your answers and work experiences will be important to track for the Tri-C hospitality department to study if or what they should address in the study curriculum to improve the skills of culinary students.
