Hello Smithville Staff: 

This survey is to help me assess what tech is currently being used, who & where the tech strengths are, and where my assistance might be needed at SHS. Please fill out this survey to help me help you in any way I can with EdTech.

Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to help me complete this technology survey. I was challenged to get a 100% response from the staff at my building - thank YOU for helping me reach my goal! 

This survey will address three areas: (1) personal technology skills, (2) technology usage, and (3) technology integration.

My goal is to discover areas in which our staff desires technology training or professional development, identify issues inhibiting technology integration, and generate ideas for how I can provide technology assistance to staff.
