The purpose of this process is to gain an accurate review of the performance of your colleagues with whom you are frequently working alongside.
This is a confidential document and the information given here will be used to correlate or clarify trends in performance and behavior that are consistently identified through the broader review process with the aim of providing recognition of exemplary performance and of identifying areas of development to assist with the career progression of our employees.
So that we can accurately and consistently review performance and behavior, we have established the following ratings system.
