Vikings Leadership Prefs Survey

Dear Viking Wrestler:

You are invited to participate in a Leadership Styles Preference Survey.

In this survey, you will rank 6 leadership styles within 15 different questions. Each question has 6 statements, and each statement describes leadership behaviors that you can rank according to your personal preferences.

You are also asked a few optional questions as well, although your feedback is only provided to your coach in summary format. For each question, please drag and drop the 6 statements so they are ordered according to your preference. The top-most item should be your most-preferred style and the bottom-most item should be your least preferred style.

Please read all of the statements in the set before deciding how to rank the statements. This survey questionnaire normally takes between 12-15 minutes to complete.
