Low Neutral High
a) Try to convince WAS to continue the youth school and roots and wings program with the current staff for 1 additional year while we get a transition in place. (We don't know that they would be willing, but if the community choose it and we could get the enrollment up, they might be open to the option for the transition year)
b) Locate and hire existing WAS instructors that are willing to help run a Vashon based program on a part time basis, so we can maintain our connection to WAS.
c) Hire a full time instructor(s) that could be located on Vashon but would likely have no connection to WAS as an employee, but would have resources and skills in the WAS (or similar) model and philosophy (ideally a past or current instructor).
d) Create a parent run organization that relies on volunteers but would likely have lower fees.
