3. Youth success coaching is a service which provides young people with a personal coach (or consultant) who helps them to set, commit to and review goals to enable them to achieve personal success.

In addition, the coach provides training and outlines strategies so that the skills, behaviours and thought patterns the young person needs for success can be shaped.
