love to buy it from it , and learn more about the product and tractability from member of staff.

if the price is competitive with other store i will prefer to buy food products from the deli/restaurant.

prefer to buy everything at the same place(supermarket).

what would you want to buy in an Italian deli?

real and genuine Italian product, from fresh to imported goods( pasta, coffee,hams , sausages, biscuits and more).

freshly made panini and hot cappuccino/coffee take away.

Italian wines and liquores .

not interested can find everything in my local store, don't mind if is not original Italian food taste similar enough.

Great knowledge of product with great customer service.

Yes , if it keep its identity.

Do you think that the Italian restaurant and delicatessen in Bournemouth are delivering the expectation that you require?

There are different delicatessen , with not many Italian product range to chose from.

The Italian restaurant i have been to are very old fashion and the menu'is not very exiting.

I have been to many restaurant , also in London and unfortunately here in Bournemouth we are very backwards.

I think that we have a very nice option of deli and restaurants here in Bournemouth.

Not very modern menu but still authentic.
