Flight Training Questionaire

Flight Training Candidates

Hello:

My name is Allen Walker and I am working towards fulfilling my requirements for a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. You are invited to participate in this questionnaire to determine the impact, if any, that the Aviation and Transportation Security Act has had on foreign student enrollment in U.S. fight training centers.

In this questionnaire, 250 flight training centers across the United States will be asked to complete this questionnaire about flight student enrollment. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this questionnaire is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the questionnaire or the procedures, you may contact me, by email at the address specified below.
