The academic review process encompasses but is not limited to the following: communications procedures (i.e. Course/instructor evaluations, Captain's Call) available to students to voice concerns and problems; interventions (i.e. night study, tutors, test taking tips) available to students experiencing academic or non-academic problems; availability to receive guidance and assistance from staff outside of class hours; and student awareness and understanding of the role of the academic review board When was the academic review process first explained to you? 27.
