Change Management Survey
TEMA HR is partnering with Northern Kentucky University’s Executive Leadership and Organizational Change program to gather team member feedback related to change management. We would appreciate your assistance by taking a brief survey.
Your name was randomly selected to participate in this survey, and your responses will be completely anonymous. The data will be collected and analyzed by a NKU graduate student, and the findings will be shared with TEMA HR for feedback and kaizen opportunities.
As you read the statements, think about all of the various changes that have been implemented over the past couple of years, for example volume adjustments, policy revisions, Toyota management rotations, and other business decisions. The survey only takes a few minutes, so please complete the survey by June 15.
Thank you for your support of this project!
