Emotional Labor

You are invited to participate in our survey of Emotional Labour. In this survey, approximately thirty people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Emotional labor in the hospitality industry .

Emotional labor is the effort, planning and control needed to express organizationally desired emotions during interpersonal transaction.Emotional labor training will assist employees when dealing with stressful guest transactions in a calmer manner, allowing better quality service and less stressful environment for the employees.

The survey below will allow discovering how important is the management of emotions and their control in professional transactions.

It will take few minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.

However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
