Thank you again for your on-going participation in the KM survey. The last survey you participated in yielded many potential suggestions to implement KM to solve new employee training problems. Now that you have provided a basic foundation, I will need your assistance in narrowing down the selection field. In the survey that follows, I have listed the original 11 training problems, followed by an abbreviated form of the suggestions that were compiled from your feedback. Please rank order what you believe to be the most effective KM strategy for solving the respective training problem.
Training Problem #1: Time spent looking for information.
