(if your business was online from the very begining please leave blank) In your opinion what are the main benefits of trading online? In your opinion what are the main disadvantages of trading online? Do you believe that your current internet connection (speed of) is suitable for your business needs? If a faster connection was available in your businesses area would you subscribe to it? As a general rule, are the delivery times from your location to your customers too long in either the eyes of the business or the customer? Do you, or have you ever felt that your location has ever been detrimental to the overall success of your business? If you answered yes to the previous question can you please explain this a little? Does your company knowingly derive any business or competitive benefits by trading from a remote/ rural location? If so what are these? Do you, or have you ever felt that customers can be less trusting of internet traders who operate away from main metropolitan areas? Has your company, either now or at any point in the past ever considered moving to a metropolitan or better connected area to do business? As a general rule do you feel that local government support (HIE, Scottish Enterprise etc.) for businesses in your area is sufficient?
