You have been invited to participate in our survey to evaluate and help improve the NMH alumni area association in your city (NMH-NYC, NMH-Boston, NMH-LA, NMH-DC, Cape and Islands NMH, Rocky Mountain NMH, NMH-Chicago, NMH-Virginia, NMH-San Fran, etc). It will take approximately 6 - 8 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
