In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their current relationship. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. All information collected will be confidential and used only for statistical purposes. If you choose to later be interviewed, your personal information will not be disclosed and your answers will be be reported only in the aggregate. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
