EMSMOT11/DF&R Organizational Impact Survey

Untitled

Hello:

We are a team of graduate students from the Georgia Tech School of Management's MBA program. Our goal is to mine and organize the thoughts and feelings from individuals throughout the organization in order to isolate areas for departmental improvement. This survey is aimed at studying the organizational impact of the merger between the Dekalb County Fire Department and Paramedics. In this survey, approximately 600 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about how you feel about different aspects of your job and the department as a whole. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact Brian Uhelski at 404-610-1311 or by email at the email address specified below.
