Usability Engineering Survey About Tesco Self-Service Checkouts



Hello,


We are a group of students from the University of Surrey in the UK, currently running a survey on the usability of the self-service system used nation-wide by the Tesco supermarket chain.


We aim to collect as many different responses from as many different people as possible to validate our results. All we are asking is about two minutes of your time to fill in this survey, we really would appreciate it!




Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
