I am currently conducting mobile banking (MB) services research for my doctoral dissertation. By MB, I mean the channel whereby the customer interacts with a bank and uses the bank’s services via a mobile communication device, such as a mobile phone or personal digital assistant (PDA). MB services include facilities to conduct bank and stock market transactions, to administer accounts and to access customized information, etc.
