Dear Executive MBA (EMBA) or MBA Student:




I am currently
conducting mobile banking (MB) services research for my doctoral
dissertation. By MB, I mean the channel whereby the customer interacts
with a bank and uses the bank’s services via a mobile communication
device, such as a mobile phone or personal digital assistant (PDA). MB
services include facilities to conduct bank and stock market
transactions, to administer accounts and to access customized
information, etc.



I would
greatly appreciate your help by spending about 10 minutes to give me
your opinions on this new service. Please remember there are no correct
answers—only honest opinions. Your responses are anonymous and
voluntary, and your privacy is assured. You can quit this survey at
anytime and you do not have to answer the questions you don’t want to
