You are invited to participate in our Youtrition survey. In this survey, you will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about nutrition and health. It will take approximately five minutes to complete the questionnaire. All participants will be awarded free trial memberships to Youtrition, a new way to track your nutrition, once it has been completed.
