This survey is designed to elicit responses on the firm-level factors that influence the success of outsourcing in firms. In this study, outsourcing is defined as the purchasing of goods and/or services that used to be done or can be done internally from an external supplier or several external suppliers. The study is interested in all types of outsourcing activities and does not differentiate between the outsourcing activities.
