I have a clear understanding of my role in maintaining accurate data and overseeing quality control in the databases that I support. It is easy for me to complete data entry for multiple departments and multiple facilities in the current Competency Database System. It is easy to find and maintain accurate data on all employees in the South Bay Service Area within the current Competency Database System. It is easy to generate monthly grids from the Competency Database System that clearly represents all of the departments and facilities that I am responsible for. It is easy to move employees from different cost centers and facility locations within the current Competency Database System. I am happy with the amount of automated report features in the current Competency Database System.
