You are invited to participate in my survey about Internet usage in Bahrain and awareness of Business to Customer (B2C) e-services. In this survey, respondents will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Internet usage & utilisation. It will take approximately 6-8 minutes to complete the questionnaire, depending on your answers.

Don't worry if you feel that some questions are missing (e.g. jumping from Q14 to 17). Some questions are skipped depending on your answers.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.


Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. 1- A monetary prize (undisclosed).

Bahrain e-Government Portal provides residents and visitors of Bahrain with a various range of electronic services (e-Services), such as:

Renewing Commercial Registration (C.R.) license and so on.
