We, undergraduate students of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Year 3 Semester 2, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), would like to conduct a survey to the title “The factors that affect trust level in E-Shopping” as part of requirement to complete our final year research project.

The validity and reliability of the company and its website are checked before I engaged in the E-Shopping.
There is no hesitation in browsing and buying from the well-informed websites (e.g. terms and conditions, delivery period and route, product description, warranty).
I agree that I will pay attention on the security features (e.g. trust certificates, return policy, privacy statement and escrow services) of the online retailers/ websites before I make any purchase from them.
The changes/ improvement of the website will result precautions in doing online shopping as it might due to new and unfamiliar computer technology being used.
