IT Governance Delphi Survey #1

Welcome to the Delphi study of IT Governance

Thank you very much for agreeing to participate in this survey about IT Governance. In this survey we focus on the necessary processes and decisions for ensuring successful IT governance. You have been chosen to participate because of your expertise in this area.

This it the first in a series of surveys (minimum of 4, maximum of 6) on IT Governance. The structure and content of future surveys are dependent upon the results obtained in the prior survey rounds. At the end of the entire Delphi process, we plan on setting up a webinar with interested participants that allows for a discussion of the survey results. A copy of the final report will also be available once it is completed.

Given the nature of a Delphi study, which is to tap into the knowledge of specific experts in the field, survey responses are not collected anonymously. We will maintain your individual responses strictly confidential; they will be reported only in aggregate form and will never be associated with your name. Upon the completion of the research, the data will be stored with the principal researcher and all identifying information will be removed. Your participation is, of course, voluntary.

The expected duration of the survey is between 10-20 minutes. The bulk of this survey is only one question where you will be asked to enumerate between 6 and 10 IT Governance processes. Your response is the first step in generating a list of key processes that experts like you consider to be essential for IT governance success in organizations.

If you have any questions about this how to complete the survey, please email us at: [email protected] or [email protected]

Thanks again!
