I am working on a research project and could use your help – about 15 minutes or so of your time. For the project I am gathering the data by conducting surveys of select individuals from each of the following three groupings:
- Managers,
- Telecommuting employees, and
- Non-telecommuting employees
The purpose of this survey is to gain an understanding of the pros and cons in an organization which employs telecommuters.
The survey is anonymous (if you choose) and the results will be presented to the Administrative Team for review.
This is a Graduate School project I am working on. I am finishing my first year at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA in the Organizational Leadership program.

How many telecommuting employees do so full time (they never/rarely come into the corporate office)? What are the employee criteria in order to be considered for telecommuting? Of those who telecommute part of the time, how many days on average do they telecommute? Do the part time telecommuters do so on different or the same day of the week? What day(s) of the week do your part time telecommuters work remotely? (Check all that apply) Did you support the decision to allow employees to telecommute when the idea first surfaced? How do telecommuters connect to their computers? Do telecommuters have difficulty accessing data from Elexio’s server(s)? How are telecommuters contacted via phone? What conferencing technologies are used for telecommuters to be able to participate in meetings/training? In your opinion, did production/sales increase as employees began to telecommute?
