Provide evidence of science of mindfulness and instructions on how to meditate through Internet , TV and social media
 
Not being forced to meditate but give an option to Create his/her Own Mindfulness Exercise such as basic yoga, swimming. Provide evidence from research the benefits of mindfulness mediation such as reduced worries, anxiety, distress, reactivity and bad behavior, improved sleep, self-esteem, greater calmness, relaxation, being non judgmental and self-awareness.
