This survey is designed to identify the factors that effect the acceptance of change. The questions in this survey are specifically related to an implementation of the Object Oriented (OO) Systems Analysis and Design methodology which is currently in use at Cheshire Constabulary in the form of requirements specifications and some Object Oriented Programming.





The questions in this survey will focus on your opinion of factors that may effect your likelihood to accept a change to the way you conduct business analysis or systems development when a new methodology is implemented.



By completing this short survey you will be aiding in the study of systems development methodology change, impacting individuals like yourself. You may request an overall summary of the results collated through this survey by entering your e-mail in the box provided on the last page.




All surveys will be kept totally confidential. ALL names and identifying features (where an e mail address is provided) will be be removed from the surveys before publication within my dissertation.
