Military Spouse Survey

Sample Survey

Hello:

The answers to this survey will be used in a research paper for one of my classes. The only requirement for participation is that you must be or have been married to an active duty military person (or been on active duty yourself and married). I do not need to know any personal information (other than your answers). If you know anyone who would be willing to fill out this questionnaire, I would be very appreciative of their help. Thank you so much for your help.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact the email address specified below.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
