Request for Access to Participant Scores and Report Downloads

Hello,

In the Results & Analytics section, I was previously able to view the score table for all participants within the LivePoll tool. However, I am currently no longer able to see the detailed information for each participant who has joined.

Additionally, I would like to ask if there is a way to download a report in Excel or PDF format, as was available before.
