Users satisfaction about Bigiavi library

The main objective of this survey is to study the customer satisfaction of the library "Walter Bigiavi" in Bologna, collecting and measuring the characteristics of the users of the library, some cognitive elements on their expectations, modalities and reasons fo using this library, the acquaintance and the use of the services and above all the perception of the quality of the structural services, librarian staff, bibliographical collection, loan and consultation.
