Determining the ERP Selection Criteria. of Nigerian Companies

This research examines the ERP selection criteria used by companies in Nigeria and ranks them according to their perceived importance. The research also tries to determine if there are any significant differences between Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large organization�s perceptions of the importance of these criteria. Literature review and interviews will be used to obtain the list of selection criteria which will be tested via a survey administered to organisations in Nigeria who have implemented ERP. The resulting data will be analysed by statistical methods to draw the final conclusions.
