Managing knowledge effectively has always been a challenge for any diversified organization. Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning is vital to the continued success and future development of a company in today's world.

The focus of this project is to look at the knowledge management strategies of the engineering companies in UK. The project would attempt to understand the underlying knowledge within a typical engineering firm and how is it being used and developed. It will also look at the cultural, technological and other aspects of the organisation and analyse how they contribute to the overall success of the knowledge management strategy of the company.
