Survey for Project Management Thesis
Effective communication in Project Management requires the ability to communicate effectively and unilaterally across many diverse and problematic business areas. The ability to understand, comprehend, and analyze information as it is presented from a multi-cultural environment seems to be the heart of effective communication. The Project Manager must be able to do this while still being able to keep the project on track and under budget. Obtaining the necessary information through communication enables the Project Manager to facilitate, direct, and negotiate the perils of Project Management effectively.
