Whistleblowing in business situations

This study attempts to identify the factors that contribute to the intention to blow the whistle starting with the identification of an unethical act. The Multi-dimensional Ethics Scale (MES) is used to evaluate ethical business situations to determine the underlying reasons of why someone feels an act is unethical and whether or not these factors are significant in making a decision to blow the whistle.
