Incidence Rate (IR) Management is a feature within the QuestionPro Audience tool that monitors the real-time incidence rate while the survey is live in the field. It helps keep the survey active and ensures that it receives the required traffic.
If there is a sudden drop in the on-field incidence rate or a significant increase in survey length compared to what was estimated at launch, the system tracks these changes and recalculates the cost based on current performance metrics. If a CPI change is required, the system notifies the user and shares the updated metrics along with the suggested CPI at which the survey should be relaunched.
When you receive an email notification from IR Management about a live project, it indicates that the survey has been paused due to poor field performance metrics. The notification includes the current on-field IR and LOI, along with the recommended CPI.
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to the Audience dashboard.
Step 2: Click the Manage button.
Step 3: Click Accept to approve the suggested CPI and launch the survey.
OR
Click on Reject and close to close the project and stop the survey fielding.
If you do not see an option to relaunch your project or if your project is flagged under Project Critically Paused, it is because your project no longer meets the minimum fielding requirements.
A project cannot be relaunched if either of the following conditions is true:
