Converse AI

Converse AI lets you have a live, interactive conversation with your synthetic cohort inside a workbook. Instead of asking all your questions at once, you can ask follow-up questions, explore insights dynamically, and save the entire conversation for later use. Think of it as talking to your data — like conducting a virtual interview with your synthetic audience.

Use Converse AI when you want to:

• Ask “why” or “how” questions after seeing initial insights.
• Explore customer motivations, emotions, or pain points.
• Validate assumptions without launching a new study.
• Dive deeper into unexpected results.
• Simulate qualitative interviews or CX conversations.

Once you have created a workbook by defining the workbook purpose and setting the similarity cut-off percentage, follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Open a workbook
  • Select Converse AI research mode
  

• Step 2: Launch Converse AI
  • Click on one of the “Member card” to start the conversation.
  
  • A chat panel will open inside the workbook
• Step 3: Ask your first question
  • Select a question from pre-populated set of questions OR
  • Type a question in natural language
  

Your chat has now been initiated with this member, and you can continue with your follow-up questions.

Yes, you can start multiple chats with a single member. To do so:

• Click on the member to open a new chat window and start a new chat

OR

• Click the “+” icon to open a new chat window.

There are two types of chat history:

1. Conversation history:

   This is the history of conversations initiated with any member. You can find it on the Converse AI research module page, as shown below.


2. Recent:

   This shows the history of all chats initiated with a single member. You can find it within the member’s conversation or chat interface.

   To view chat history:

   Click on the sidebar icon shown below.

   You will see all the list of conversation with the member.
