To customize the participant experience with your brand, click the Settings gear icon at the top of the builder and select Branding.
In the Branding menu, you can toggle Use custom colors to apply your brand theme to the participant interface. You can also click or drag to upload a custom Logo that will be displayed during the study.
You can configure the AI's vocal characteristics to best match your study's tone. In the Languages section, locate and click the speaker/audio icon situated in the top right corner of the panel (next to the globe icon). From there, you can choose your preferred AI voice profile and preview how it sounds to ensure it provides the right experience for your participants.
In the Languages section, your Primary Language is set by default (e.g., English). To make your study accessible to a broader audience, click + Add languages to select Additional Languages. We support up to 80 different languages, including options such as French, German, or Hindi.
ListenAI will automatically translate the study content into the newly added languages. You can see exactly what participants will experience in different regions by using the language dropdown menu in the Interview Preview panel to switch between your active languages.
While ListenAI auto-translates your content, you can edit the translations by hand to ensure localization accuracy. Click the edit (pencil) icon next to any added language to open the translation editor.
In the edit modal, you can review and adjust the translated text for fields like the Title, Context, Audience notes, and Introduction side-by-side with your primary language. Once you are satisfied with the manual adjustments, click Save translation.
Important Publishing Rule: You cannot publish your study if any translations are stale. If you make changes to the primary language content after generating translations, the system will flag the translations as out-of-date. You must review and save the updated translations before the system will allow you to successfully publish the study.
