ERP/MRP system for SME' manufacturers

Many companies go through an ad hoc process when selecting business
software. The result is that companies become susceptible to software houses
wanting to provide inappropriate solutiopns. Separate pieces of work done
by Ford, Hunt and Blackwell (Cranfield) has the potential to provide the basis for developing a work book that would aid owner/directors of SMMs with a tool that would add their decision-making process.
