You are invited to participate in our survey on 'Business Software Selection Process'by Cambridge University, Institute of Manufacturing. In this survey, approximately 50 companies will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the process you have gone or about to go through to select the MRP/ERP system for your company. It will take approximately 15-25 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of three main parts: Information about your company, about the selection process and about your experience with the software after purchase.
It is very important for us to learn your opinions. In return, we would send a copy of our completed research report to your company which enables your company to benchmark your process. Any data presented in the thesis will be in aggregate form and it will not be possible to identify the company individually.
