360 Feedback - Workforce

360 Feedback is a process in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. This typically includes the employee's manager, peers, and direct reports.

To create 360 feedback:

  • Go to: Login >> Workforce >> Create new study

  • Create study from scratch or use template.

  • To add sections and questions to your study, click on “add section” button then choose the type of question. You can create multi-scale matrix question and assign score to each answer option. You can also add single select and open-ended text questions.

  • Once the section is added, you can add questions to the section for matrix type question

  • Once the section and question are created, you can reorder these section, apply skip and show/hide logic for question, enable/disable a section for a type of user.

How to deploy 360 Feedback?

To deploy 360 feedback:

  • Go to: Login >> Workforce
  • Select a 360 study and click on send button.
  • Select user or group of user getting reviewed. System will add the reviewer as per the hierarchy created on the employee roster.
  • You can also upload an excel stating reivewee and reviewer.

How to view 360 feedback employee report?

To view 360 feedback employee:

  • Go to: Login >> Workforce
  • Select a 360 study and click on analytics button.

  • Select the employee for whom you want to generate 360 feedback report

  • View the response received by the employee on the dashboard or download the pdf report
