How to share portal login details directly from the Employee Roaster?
Go to:Login » Workforce » Manage Employee Roster
Next to the search box is Send portal invite button - inactive.
Select the subjects with whom, you want to share the portal details using the checkboxes. You can also apply filters and select the list all at once. The Send Portal Invite button is active after selecting the subjects. Click on the button.
Portal invitation Email Template pop-up will display the option to edit as per the requirement. The selected employee's email addresses will be in the drop-down, you can edit the email inviteSubject as per requirement and you can also edit the Sender's email address, if required. You can also format the body of the email.
Once the editing is done then click on Send.
You will see the confirmation toast on the screen.
