Add widgets in dashboard

Once you have created a dashboard, the next step is to add the widgets as per the analysis requirements. You can add widgets like Scorecard, response rate, heatmap, and , many more to your dashboards in the EX Portal.

Watch this quick walkthrough to understand how it works:

• To create a widget, login to the EX portal >> Manage Dashboards page >> Select a dashboard >> Add Widget.

• After selecting a widget from the widget options lets say scorecard, enter the mandatory details and click on add widget to create a widget.
• Once the information is filled, click on the Add Widget button, to create the widget.
• To add more criteria to the widget, you can click on the three dots kebab menu in the widget and choose "Edit Widget."

• On the edit sidebar, you can perform a lot of actions to update the widget. You can add or change benchmark, enable or disable the Company overall toggle, change the analytics type, choose decimal place upto 2, choose to hide or show between favourable, neutral and unfavourable, show/hide columns, show/hide markers and building blocks, change the chart colors, and many more.

• You can edit, duplicate, delete, download or filter the widget, by going to the three dots (kebab menu) at the top right of the widget.
