Add widgets in a dashboard

Once you have created a dashboard, the next step is to add widgets. You can create multiple tabs in a dashboard and each tab can have its own set of widgets independently. You can add widgets like Scorecard, response rate, heatmap, and, many more in a tab based on the analysis required.

Watch this quick walkthrough to understand how it works:

• To create a widget, login to the EX portal >> Dashboards page >> Select a dashboard >> Select a tab >> Add Widget.

• After selecting a widget from the widget options lets say scorecard, enter the mandatory details step by step to create a widget.

• Once the information is filled, click on the Create button, to add the widget.

• To add more criteria to the widget, you can click on the three dots kebab menu in the widget and choose "Edit Widget."

• On the edit sidebar, you can perform a lot of actions to update the widget. You can add or change benchmark, enable or disable the Company overall toggle, change the analytics type, choose decimal place upto 2, show/hide markers and building blocks, change the chart colors, and many more settings based on the widget type.

• You can edit, duplicate, delete, or apply filters to the widget, by going to the three dots (kebab menu) at the top right of the widget.
