In a 360 survey, the Presentations text section is where you can add extra instructions or explanations for the participants taking the survey. This text helps guide them or give them important information before they answer the questions.

How to add a Presentations text section to the survey
- Login >> Workforce >> Select 360 survey >> Edit >> Add Section
- In the "Add New Section" popup, type the name for the section. Then, choose " Presentation text section " as the section type.
- Enter the instructions you would like to give the participants
- Finally, click "Save."
- Click on “Preview” to see participants view in the 360 surveys

To Edit Presentations text section
- Click on the Kebab menu (Three-Dots) on the right side of the section
- Select “Edit Section”
- Under the Edit 360 Survey Section you can make changes to the “Title” and the “Content” Instructions
- Click on “update” to save the changes
