Driver Analysis- Workforce

It’s important to identify and understand the drivers of key business outcomes, such as customer satisfaction or loyalty, in order to improve processes and maximise performance and profitability.

For example: If you wish to understand “How satisfied your employees are with their jobs?”, you would need a key factor and all the related metrics in order to find the analysis for this specific aspect.

Hence the key driver analysis feature can be used to address such sort of questions. That will help you find the agreemental, neutral and the disagreement percentage related to that selected question.

On clicking driver analysis menu, correlation for eNPS questions (if available) and few random questions will be populated by default against all the marker, building block and measures.

Once metric is selected coefficient of correlation is displayed against each markers, bulding blocks and questions. The correlation coefficient values calculated are in the following ways:

  • Coefficient color codes are defined based on minimum coefficient and max coefficient
  • The range of maximum coefficient - minimum coefficient is divided into 3 scale for each color code, where lowest scale is marked as red and highest scale is marked as green.
  • For example, consider minimum coefficient is 0.4 and maximum coefficient is 0.7 then

  • Correlation coefficient between 0.4 to 0.49 : Marked in Red
  • Correlation coefficient between 0.5 to 0.59 : Marked in Yellow
  • Correlation coefficient between 0.6 to 0.7 : Marked in Green
