Our HRIS Integration feature empowers Workforce users to effortlessly connect with various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure real-time or scheduled updates to their employee rosters. Users can sync data between their HRIS system and QuestionPro Workforce, ensuring seamless and efficient data management.
Once set up, you can easily manage, edit, or disable integrations, map custom fields, set synchronization schedules, and monitor sync updates through detailed logs. Click on the Connect button. Enter the API key and Connection URL. Once the connection is saved, you can see the details under the Setup tab, where in future you can edit or disable the integration. In Field Mapping, map with the email address all the keys available in JSON with the custom fields from employee roster. You can add multiple fields and preview the API response. Under the frequency tab, user can set up the auto sync as per schedule. Option to sync now and end scheduler can also be set. Under the logs tab, user can check details of the sync updates. The logs can be filtered as per date range and excel can be exported.
