Scorecard: All Options View
This feature lets you switch between a simplified 3‑category view (Unfavourable, Neutral, Favourable) and the original options view in the Scorecard widget for questions with seven or fewer response options. By default, the 3‑category view is shown for quick insights, but you can toggle to the original scale to explore more detailed, nuanced feedback. For questions with more than seven options, the toggle is disabled to maintain clarity, and only the 3‑category view is available.

How do I switch to the All Options View in the scorecard widget?
When creating a scorecard in your dashboard, the default view would be the 3-category view. To switch to the All Options View, follow the below steps:
- Click on the Kebab menu (the three dots) at the top of the widget and click on Edit Widget .
- On clicking Edit Widget, the editing sidebar will open up allowing you to edit the widget as per your needs.
- Scroll down the sidebar and locate the Favorability Scale toggle in the Favorability section.
- To switch to the All Options View , turn the Favorability Scale toggle OFF.
- You will see that once the toggle is switched OFF, the scorecard now displays the data in the original options scale.
Important Note: On switching to the All Options View, the scorecard will display the data only at Question level, the Markers and Building blocks will be disabled. This is done to ensure easy and consitent interpretation of data.
