Sub Account Access

Sub-account access gives ability to allow admin users to set up access levels for every attached sub account to share their projects/workforce. Workforce admins can provide access to the following three options to sub-account users:

  • Manage Workforce
  • Edit Survey
  • Analytics

Where can I set up Sub-Accounts?

To add Sub-Accounts go to:

  • Login » Workforce » My Account (Top Right Corner)
  • Click on Organization Settings
  • Survey Software Help Image
  • Click on Add User
  • Survey Software Help Image
  • Create a sub account user by filling the below fields:
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Password (Confirm)

How do I give access to Sub-Accounts?

To give access to the Sub-Accounts go to:

  • Login>> WorkForce>> Mange Workforce>> Employees>> Setup
  • Enable/Disable the access level for the Sub-account users
