Multiple Responses (Portal)

When distributing a survey project to your community, by default the survey can only be taken once. Once the survey is completed, members cannot complete the survey again. However, for some research projects, the survey may need to be taken multiple times. To allow this, you can enable 'Multiple Responses (Portal)' when distributing the survey. Sticky mode allows community members to answer the survey multiple times from the Portal.

Multiple Responses(Email)

Enabling 'Multiple Responses(Email)' setting would allow member to provide multiple responses to the survey by using the survey link received in the email notification for the campaign. Every response collected using this setting will be individual response. This setting should only be used for the surveys where the responses are expected to change over the time. There are chances of data loss in this case.
