Employee custom fields are different from the standard custom variables we usually work with. These fields are listed only under the "System Variables" section in the Responses tab and are specifically used to retrieve values from the employee roster based on the assigned employee custom fields. Unlike regular custom variables, they cannot be used within the survey or included in logic conditions.
