Bulk Inactive - Community
There are two ways to inactivate members in bulk as below :
- By status under Bulk Update User Status
- By criteria selection under Bulk delete/Inactivate
How to Inactivate members in bulk by status ?
In this option one can select the panel members status those who needs to be inactivated. To do this go to
- Login » Communities » (Select Community) » Edit » Members » Manage » Bulk Inactive
Here select current status as your choice and New status as Inactive and then click Update Status. This will update all the members from current status to Inactive.
How to Inactivate members in bulk by selection criteria ?
In this option you can select the community members depending on some criteria who needs to be inactivated. To do this go to:
You may select either one of selection criteria or combination of criteria from the below options:
- Profile Completed
- Zip Code
- Minimum Age
- Maximum Age
- Invitations & Surveys
- Custom Source
- Preview Invite
- Broadcast Count
- Last Invitation Date
- Responses to Survey
- Invitation Received
- Surveys Completed
- Reward Points
- Sign-Up & Access
- Signup Date
- Last Access Date
- Custom Variables
Before inactivation one can check the count of the selected criteria by clicking "Count" Button. To inactivate please click on "Inactive" Button.
